A 24 year old G2P1001 GDMA2 Diabetic is at 35 weeks in for routine prenatal visit and antenatal testing. She has no complaints, blood sugars are well controlled and her NST is noted below:

Interpertation of Diabetic Screen
28 year old G4p3002 with a history of intrauterine term fetal demise (39 wks) with last pregnancy in office for her first visit at 16 weeks gestation by LMP. She had no other prenatal complications or abnormal labs. The rest of her history is negative. Her physical exam is significant for a BMI = 28. She is 16 weeks confirmed by exam and ultrasound you performed in the office. Ultrasound demonstrated a viable singleton pregnancy. Your initial labs would include:
a. All routine prenatal labs, diabetic screen and genetic amniocentesis
b. All routine prenatal labs, diabetic screen and detailed anatomic survey ultrasound
c. All routine prenatal labs, diabetic screen and 2nd trimester genetic screen
d. All routine prenatal labs, diabetic screen and group b strep culture

63 year old African American G0P0 with stable hypertension on Diovan presented for her annual GYN visit. No medical changes noted. Family history is negative for all disorders except hypertension. Social hx - negative. Her physical exam was significant for BMI =22. Two weeks later you receive her Bone Density results as noted. What are your recommendations to her and why? If none when should she have another bone density?
