Interperting Bone Density

63 year old African American G0P0 with stable hypertension on Diovan presented for her annual GYN visit. No medical changes noted. Family history is negative for all disorders except hypertension. Social hx - negative. Her physical exam was significant for BMI =22. Two weeks later you receive her Bone Density results as noted. What are your recommendations to her and why? If none when should she have another bone density?
